1. Introduction
StopnGo™ (“the App”) is a driver-awareness tool created and operated by Pixtours LLC (“the Company”). The App provides:
Lead Vehicle Start Alerts (LVSA)
Traffic-light phase-change awareness
Optional dashcam-style video recording
Visual detection using on-device artificial intelligence
Motion awareness using accelerometer data
This Privacy Policy describes how StopnGo processes data, what is and is not collected, and the responsibilities of the user when using the App in the United States or internationally.
StopnGo incorporates proprietary algorithms and technologies that are patent pending and protected as confidential intellectual property.
2. Information the App Processes
StopnGo processes the following data locally on your device only:
Camera Input (Real-Time Video Frames)
Used for detecting license plates or vehicle features, detecting traffic-light states, and inferring motion through AI and optical-flow analysis.
Frames are processed temporarily in memory and never transmitted to Pixtours LLC unless you explicitly share or export footage.
Accelerometer and Motion Sensors
Used to detect rest states, motion events, or micro-vibrations that improve alert accuracy.
Microphone (Optional)
Used only if you enable audio recording in dashcam mode.
You are responsible for complying with one-party or two-party consent laws based on your jurisdiction.
3. Information the App Does Not Collect
By default, StopnGo™:
Does not collect or transmit video to Pixtours LLC
Does not upload or store license plate numbers
Does not track GPS or precise location
Does not collect analytics without explicit opt-in
Does not store biometric identifiers
Does not collect facial recognition data
All AI processing occurs on-device only.
4. Optional Future Data Collection (Opt-In Only)
If Pixtours LLC introduces optional diagnostic or performance-improving features, they will be:
Fully optional
Clearly disclosed
Used only with your explicit consent
Examples may include anonymized diagnostic logs or crash reports.
No data is collected without informed consent.
5. Dashcam Footage Stored on Device
If dashcam mode is enabled:
Footage is stored only on your device
You control retention, backup, deletion, or sharing
Pixtours LLC does not access or retain footage
Recorded video may contain license plates, faces, or other personal data.
You are solely responsible for compliance with local privacy and recording laws.
6. Legal Responsibilities for Recording
You—not Pixtours LLC—are responsible for complying with:
Windshield / Device Mounting Laws
Some states restrict suction mounts or screens within the driver’s view.
Audio Recording Laws
Many jurisdictions require one-party or all-party consent.
International Data Protection Laws
If you film in GDPR or similar jurisdictions, you are responsible for responding to requests or handling personal data properly.
Pixtours LLC is not a data controller because the Company does not store your footage.
7. Legal Basis under GDPR
When personal data appears in real-time video (e.g., license plates), the legal basis for processing is the user’s legitimate interest in using a driver-awareness and dashcam tool.
Pixtours LLC does not control, access, or store these recordings and is therefore not a data controller under GDPR, CCPA, or comparable laws.
8. Data Security Recommendations
We recommend:
Using device passcodes, Touch ID, or Face ID
Encrypting backups
Deleting unnecessary footage
Avoiding cloud storage for sensitive video unless necessary
9. Children’s Privacy
StopnGo™ is not intended for children under 16.
Pixtours LLC does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
If a child uses the App, delete all recordings immediately and discontinue use.
10. International Transfers
StopnGo™ does not transmit recordings or personal data to Pixtours LLC.
Therefore, no international data transfers occur.
11. Intellectual Property Notice (Trademark & Patent Pending)
StopnGo™ is a pending trademark owned by Pixtours LLC.
The algorithms used for object detection, confidence-decay analysis, sensor fusion, optical-flow assessment, and related methods are patent pending.
Nothing in this Privacy Policy grants rights to copy, reverse engineer, or reuse these technologies.
12. Changes to This Policy
This Policy may be updated periodically.
Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.

1. Purpose of the App
StopnGo™ is a driver-awareness tool providing:
Lead Vehicle Start Alerts (LVSA)
Traffic light change awareness
Optional dashcam recording
Movement and stillness detection
StopnGo is not a safety device, collision-avoidance system, or autonomous driving technology.
2. User Responsibilities
By using StopnGo, you agree to:
Drive attentively and obey all traffic laws
Never rely solely on App alerts
Mount the device legally and safely
Follow local audio/video recording laws
Avoid interacting with the App while driving
Maintain responsibility for all driving decisions
3. Not a Substitute for Safe Driving
StopnGo™:
May generate false positives or false negatives
May miss detections due to weather, light, angle, or hardware limits
Should not be relied upon to determine when to accelerate or proceed
You retain full responsibility for situational awareness.
4. Prohibited Uses
You may not:
Reverse engineer, modify, or try to extract AI models
Use StopnGo to create competing products or algorithms
Use the App for commercial or fleet purposes without a license
Use recordings for unlawful surveillance or privacy violations
Attempt to replicate the optical-flow, object-detection, or confidence-decay systems
5. AI Detection Limitations
The App relies on machine learning models that:
Are not guaranteed for accuracy
Can be affected by environment, lighting, or motion
May fail to detect key objects or events
StopnGo alerts are advisory only.
6. Dashcam & Evidence Limitations
StopnGo does not guarantee:
Footage quality
Preservation of recordings
Admissibility in court or insurance claims
You control all storage and output.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Pixtours LLC harmless from any claims related to:
Illegal recording
Misuse of the App
Accidents or injuries
Improper device mounting
Unlawful or commercial usage
Reliance on detections or alerts
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed:
Pixtours LLC is not liable for damages, injuries, or losses
The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”
Your use is entirely at your own risk
9. Arbitration
All disputes will be handled via binding arbitration in Nevada, unless prohibited by law.
10. Apple Requirements
Apple is not responsible for:
Maintenance
Support
Safety or compliance claims
All App Store transactions are governed by Apple’s terms.
11. Intellectual Property Notice (Trademark & Patent Pending)
StopnGo™ is a pending trademark of Pixtours LLC.
The StopnGo application includes proprietary features for object detection, bounding-box confidence decay,
optical-flow region analysis, sensor fusion, and multi-stage assessment. These technologies are patent pending.
Users may not copy, reverse engineer, disassemble, derive data from, or reproduce any components of these systems
or use the App to develop competing technologies.

End-User Legal Agreement

1. License Grant
Pixtours LLC grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to install and use StopnGo™ on supported Apple devices that you own or control, solely for your personal and lawful use.
This license does not grant any rights to source code, models, algorithms, or proprietary systems used within the App.
2. Ownership and Intellectual Property
StopnGo™ is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in and to:
The StopnGo™ application and executable software
The underlying AI detection models and training data
The bounding-box confidence decay analysis system (patent pending)
The optical-flow region-of-interest (ROI) verification engine (patent pending)
The multi-stage movement assessment engine (patent pending)
Proprietary image-processing algorithms
All graphics, user interface designs, images, and sound files
The StopnGo™ brand, trademarks, and trade dress
All documentation, manuals, and support materials
remain the exclusive property of Pixtours LLC, protected under U.S. and international intellectual property laws.
Nothing in this EULA grants you ownership or any right to reproduce or implement the underlying technology.
3. User Restrictions
You may not:
Copy, modify, translate, or create derivative works of StopnGo
Reverse engineer, decompile, probe, extract, intercept, or attempt to reveal:
AI model weights
Confidence decay logic
Optical-flow ROI analysis system
Feature-detection heuristics
Multi-stage assessment or fusion logic
Any proprietary algorithms or state machines
Use the outputs of the App (alerts, detections, optical flow behavior, bounding boxes, etc.) to train or build a competing model
Use StopnGo™ in the design, testing, or training of new driver-awareness tools or similar movement-detection technologies
Rent, lease, sublicense, sell, or distribute the App
Attempt to disable or bypass restrictions, licensing, or security features
Use the App unlawfully or in violation of traffic, privacy, or data protection laws
Any unauthorized reproduction or extraction of intellectual property may constitute patent infringement, breach of contract, and/or actionable misuse.
4. Safety Disclaimers
StopnGo™:
Is not a safety device
Is not an ADAS (Advanced Driver-Assistance System)
Is not certified for collision prevention
Does not determine when it is safe to drive, accelerate, or proceed
You are solely responsible for:
Observing all traffic laws
Maintaining awareness of road conditions
Making all driving decisions
Alerts may be inaccurate, delayed, or unavailable due to lighting, angle, weather, device limitations, obstructions, or model uncertainty.
5. Export Compliance
You may not use or export StopnGo™ in violation of:
U.S. export control laws
Sanctions administered by OFAC
Restrictions on software export to embargoed countries
6. U.S. Government Rights
If StopnGo™ is used by the U.S. Government or its agencies, the software and documentation are provided with RESTRICTED RIGHTS, and use, duplication, or disclosure is governed by applicable federal acquisition regulations.
7. Warranty Disclaimer
StopnGo™ is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” with no express or implied warranties, including but not limited to:
Merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement
Reliability, accuracy, or availability
Performance may vary depending on hardware, iOS version, lighting, motion, environmental conditions, and other factors beyond Pixtours LLC’s control.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Pixtours LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
Pixtours LLC shall not be liable for:
Accidents or injuries
Missed alerts or false alerts
Lost footage
Device malfunctions
Improper mounting or illegal use
User’s reliance on App behavior
Your sole remedy is to discontinue use and uninstall the App.
9. Termination
This license terminates automatically if you:
Violate any provision of this EULA
Reverse engineer or tamper with the App
Misuse the App or employ it unlawfully
Use StopnGo™ to develop competing products
Upon termination, you must immediately:
Stop using StopnGo™
Delete all copies from your device(s)
10. Governing Law & Arbitration
This EULA is governed by Nevada law.
Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, as described in the Terms of Service.
If arbitration is unavailable, disputes may be brought before courts in Nevada, USA, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
11. Apple Requirements
You acknowledge:
Apple has no responsibility for maintenance, support, safety, or warranty claims
Apple is not liable for any claims arising from the use of StopnGo™
Refunds and App Store transactions are handled solely under Apple's policies
12. Trademark & Patent Notice
StopnGo™ is a pending trademark of Pixtours LLC.
The StopnGo application includes proprietary, patent-pending technologies, including:
• Bounding-box confidence decay analysis
• Optical-flow ROI estimation for movement verification
• Multi-stage movement assessment and temporal validation logic
• Fusion of AI-based detection with motion sensors
Unauthorized reproduction, extraction, or imitation of these systems is strictly prohibited.
